How Frugal Families Save Time
I’ve been looking lately at ways to be more frugal with your time. It seems that many people get so caught up in the money aspect of frugal living that they forget that the most valuable personal asset they have is their own time.
In that vein, here’s a frugal time saving tip that will help streamline your household:
Get a monthly calendar that will remain in one stationary place in the home. On this calendar should go any appointments, after school band or soccer practices, birthday parties and anything else that is scheduled by any member of the household. This will remain a centralized location to find out what is happening with anyone on a given day and will help you to schedule doctor visits and even family vacations.
If you want to get really fancy, assign each member a different color ink on the calendar.
