Frugal Oral Care Tips
Have you ever noticed how expensive toothpastes and mouth wash can be? What can be even worse is how ineffective some of them are, especially when it comes to eliminating the odor and aftertaste of things like garlic or onions. I mean - I love to eat them I just don’t want to taste them for hours afterward!
Baking Soda
Good old baking soda. It works wonders at removing stains from your teeth and it will help to absorb odors at the same time. Don’t overdo it or you could end up being overly abrasive to your teeth.
Peroxide
A mild solution of peroxide and water makes a good oral rinse that will kill germs and help to heal mild abrasions in your mouth. It is also good if you are prone to ulcers in your mouth.
