When I was young the cool thing to do was to make mix tapes from the radio. We would sit for hours with our fingers poised precariously atop the RECORD button to catch the beginning of our favorite songs. Today radio stations seem to play then same 20 songs on an endless loop which is fine so long as those 20 songs are songs that you like. I guess the radio stations gave up and decided that kids are just going to go download what they want to hear anyway.
