Not only is today Friday, but it is also my 36th birthday and while I am taking it easy from most of my work I couldn’t let the end of the week come without a round of Friday Freebies for all of my frugal living folks!
Free Scott Tissue
We all have to use the stuff, so why not get it for free? How about a free roll of SCOTT Tissue from Walmart.com?
Free Seattle’s Best Coffee
Free coffee? You had better believe I am going to be all over this one! Seattle’s best is definitely good stuff and when it doesn’t cost me a single red cent it is even better!
Free Cascade All-in-1 and a BONUS
Okay, so most of you will jump my case for calling myself frugal and still using a dishwasher but when I have a huge sink full of dishes it really does save time and money to use it. This freebie comes complete with free dishwasher detergent and a Mr Clean Magic Eraser sample to boot. Jump on it while it lasts!
Have a great weekend, frugal folk!

Just for Men hair color has a brand new product for men who don’t want the telltale signs that they color their hair. Touch of Gray is a revolutionary hair color that leaves a hint of gray visible to avoid being mistaken for a metrosexual at the next poker game.
What’s more, they are offering to let you (or the man in your life) try it at no cost to you! That’s right - it’s a freebie. Continue Reading »

If there is one thing I absolutely hate during the summer months – especially here in the south – it has to be mosquitoes. To put it bluntly, mosquitoes suck!
Mosquito bites can lead to illness and infections, and no one with deny that they are just plain annoying.
For years, the OFF brand name has been as recognizable in the insect repellant industry as Band-Aid is to adhesive bandages. Now the folks at OFF want to introduce their brand into the lives of more people by offering a Buy One, Get One Free coupon for their popular OFF Power Pad Lamp mosquito repellant.
The Power Pad Lamps have more repelling power than 15 citronella candles or buckets combined! I’ve used them and they are amazing, even in the humid, sweltering summers in Alabama where mosquitoes are more common than celebrity scandals in the tabloids.
To get your coupon, visit http://www.offprotects.com/mosquito-repeller/ . Once there, look at the upper right hand side of the page where you will find a link to get your coupon.

Of all times of the year for anything to affect my health, the spring and summer are the worst possible times for me. I am outside all the time working in my garden and the minute the ragweed and pollen get started, so do my allergies.
Let’s just say that it is a good thing I no longer make my living with my voice as some days my allergies can get so bad that I sound like Bea Arthur. Seriously, I could have been her voice double.
When the government started cracking down on Meth Labs, making it more difficult to get Sudafed without an act of Congress and a Driver’s License I started looking into other ways to deal with my daily allergy issues. Thankfully I found relief by taking a tablespoon of raw, unfiltered local honey twice a day.
This is a great idea for you to try, provided you can get your hands on some raw honey from a local beekeeper. If you can’t, you should really look into giving Claritin a try, as I have seen it help over a dozen people I know.
To give you a little incentive, Claritin is offering some coupons on their website, as well as a free download of a children’s booklet called “Casey’s Allergies”.

It is time for yet another Hot Deal at Frugal Living, I just hope you can handle it!
According to a television commercial I saw while enduring Adventures in Babysitting recently (please, just don’t ask), True Value Hardware is offering a coupon on their website for $5 off a purchase of $25 or more.
if your house is anything at all like mine, there is always something breaking down or needing to be replaced. What better time to do it than when you can save a little cash at the same time?
To get your coupon, all you have to do is visit truevalue.com and click on the coupon (it is in the right hand column). When you do, you’ll be prompted to enter your email address and zip code.
The really cool thing about this particular site is that when you enter your zip code, the coupon page also shows you the nearest True Value stores to you. It doesn’t get any easier than that!
